Do I need experience to join IronForge?
Not at all. We welcome complete beginners and provide a full induction with your first session. Every program has beginner, intermediate and advanced options.
What equipment is available at the gym?
We have a full free weights section, 6 squat racks, cable machines, cardio equipment, a boxing ring, group fitness studio, sauna, and recovery lounge.
Can I freeze my membership temporarily?
Yes. Pro and Elite members can freeze their membership for up to 60 days per year for medical or travel reasons at no extra cost.
Is parking available at IronForge?
Yes, we have 80 dedicated parking bays available 24/7 at no cost to members. Secure bicycle storage is also available on-site.
